1.1 By placing an order with Coriniumfluesystems.com, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use or purchase from this website.
1.2 No variation from the terms and conditions shall be made by the buyer, unless this has been agreed in writing by the Directors of Coriniumfluesystems.com.
1.3 Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

2. The Products
2.1 We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, suitability, timeliness, performance or completeness of the information and products found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information or products may contain inaccuracies, errors or omissions and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2.2 Any images, samples, drawings, descriptive matter and other advertising materials issued by Coriniumfluesystems.com or their suppliers are published purely as an indication of the products and are not intended to be an exact representation of the products.
2.3 The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable and fit for the purpose.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 Coriniumfluesystems.com reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
3.2 Errors and omissions are exempt.
3.3 All prices are in British Pound Sterling and include VAT at the standard rate.
3.4 Delivery is free to mainland UK, but delivery charges will apply to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Grampians, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland and offshore islands. Next day delivery is also available at an additional cost. Always check to confirm the correct charges apply. Please refer to our website for full details.
3.5 All orders must be paid for in full before the order is processed, which can be done so by debit or credit card.
4.1 All goods are offered subject to availability.
4.2 If your order is unavailable and no suitable substitute can be offered, the transaction for that order will be void and any payment will be returned.
4.3 In the event of a product being unavailable, Coriniumfluesystems.com is not bound to obtain or deliver products from any other sources.
4.4 Coriniumfluesystems.com will not be liable for any costs incurred due to items being unavailable.
5. Warranties and Liability
5.1 Coriniumfluesystems.com is not the manufacturer of the products and so no liability is accepted in relation to any inherent fault or defect in the products. The buyer will need to rely on any manufacturer’s guarantee in these circumstances.
5.2 If Coriniumfluesystems.com provides a free advisory service on the installation of the products supplied, Coriniumfluesystems.com cannot be held responsible for the buyer’s (or their agent’s) reliance on that advice. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products supplied are installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and any other relevant codes of practice or regulations.
6.1 Coriniumfluesystems.com aim to deliver within 7 working days from receipt of your order; however some items may take up to 6 weeks. If this is case we will inform you by email. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.
6.2 Delivery will be made by a contractor of Coriniumfluesystems.com. Please ensure that someone over 18 is at the delivery address to sign for your order. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature, your order will not be left and you will be liable for the charges incurred to us by the courier for the failed delivery. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery of your order.
6.3 Delivery will be made as close to your door as possible. Placement of the delivery is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Delivery of larger products over gravelled or uneven drives or up steps is not possible. Please be aware that larger products/deliveries will require a larger vehicle, which will use a tail lift for offloading, therefore delivery to narrow lanes and areas with height restrictions from all directions will also not be possible.
6.4 Coriniumfluesystems.com will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery dates/timescales, but will not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused, or any resulting losses incurred due to failure to deliver. We recommend that you do not book a date for installation of the products until the products have been delivered.
7. Cancellation and Returns
7.1 You have the right to cancel your order at any time via email before the goods are despatched for a full refund, or within 7 days of receiving your goods for a full refund excluding delivery costs – providing the goods are in the same condition as when delivered.
7.2 If you wish to cancel your order at any time later than the 7 days following receipt of your goods there will be a re-stocking charge of 10%. In this instance the full original payment amount less the re-stocking charge will be refunded.
7.3 We regret that we are unable to accept returns for non stock items i.e. bespoke products. The order can be cancelled prior to the product’s manufacture, but you may still be liable for the full cost of the product if the cancellation is during or after manufacture, but before dispatch.
7.4 Items must be returned to us in the original packaging, with your name and address attached. We recommend insuring the return as you will be liable for any damage that occurs in transit. If you any have difficulty in returning your item to us, please contact us via email.
7.5 We will refund your payment within 30 days of the goods being returned.
7.6 In order to receive a refund the goods must not have been fitted, installed or used in any way.
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
8.1 Goods should be examined on delivery in case any damage occurred in transit. The driver should be notified immediately of any problems and be instructed to take back the damaged goods to return to us direct.
8.2 Do not sign or accept goods until checked. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your order.
8.3 We cannot guarantee to replace or repair items which have been signed for in good condition or ‘unchecked’ and are later found to be damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8.4 Coriniumfluesystems.com will not accept any liability for any products that have been repaired before we have been given the opportunity to inspect them or to give authority for repair work to be carried out.
8.5 If goods have been delivered in a damaged state and we feel the situation cannot be improved by authorising another delivery, we reserve the right to refund you in full and cancel the order.
9. Title and Risk
9.1 Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
9.2 Notwithstanding any other provision herein title of the products shall not pass to the buyer unless payment for the products has been received in full and cleared.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 Coriniumfluesystems.com shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused by delay in the performance or non-performance of its obligations hereunder where the same is occasioned by acts or omissions of the buyer, acts or delays of subcontractors, strikes, lock-out or trade dispute, difficulties in obtaining the products or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Coriniumfluesystems.com.
10.2 Coriniumfluesystems.com shall be entitled to delay or cancel delivery, or reduce the amount delivered, if it is prevented from, hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the products by normal routes or means of delivery through circumstances beyond its control.
